📍 Location: Hybrid (1 day/week in-office, Tuesdays. May increase to 2-3 days in 2025)
📅 Contract: Feb 3, 2025 – June 4, 2025 (with extension & FTE conversion potential)
⏰ Hours: 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri (37.5 hrs/week)

About the Role:
Join CB Technology (Canadian Banking Engineering) and play a key role in supporting mainframe applications and infrastructure implementations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, troubleshoot, and support critical systems. Key Responsibilities:
Work with Developers, Product Owners, and technical teams to implement and maintain host/mainframe applications.
Collaborate with architects to design and develop solutions.
Address and resolve technical issues on projects.
Apply new technologies and processes quickly.
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years in host/mainframe development (COBOL, JCL).
5+ years experience with ACF, Endevor, DB2, and IMS.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in financial industry.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
Knowledge of Java, Azure, and CA7, SAS, CICS is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer-focused, team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
