Procom is currently looking for a Level 3, Technical Architect (Core ITI) for our client in the public sector
THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES TILL 2 YEARS LATER
2 OPTION PERIODS FOR 1 YEAR EACH
LOCATION: ONSITE (OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
CLEARANCE: NATO SECRET (MUST HOLD BEFORE SUBMISSION)

Mandatory Skills
🍁 Must have a minimum of 120 months or more experience working as a Technical Architect
🍁Must have a minimum of two (2) project developing and documenting detailed statement of requirements and performing business analyses of functional requirements on an IM/IT project with a budget in excess of a $5M and involving two or more stakeholders.
🍁Must have a minimum of 120 months combined experience planning, architecting, and implementing enterprise directory services Active Directory and X.500 systems in a production environment with a Multinational/Allied client base of at least 100,000 users and with system servers dispersed across at least five Allied nations.
🍁Must have a minimum of 60 months experience within the last 120 months in working with Multinational/Allied frameworks. Specifically, demonstrated experience in all of the following,
Directory Services development, Directory Services standards, and revisions to Allied Communications Publications (ACP 133) for exploitation/implementation.
🍁Must have a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 120 months integrating Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JISR) capabilities into Canadian Allied enclaves. Specifically demonstrated experience with all of the following:
STANAG 4559 Intelligence Collaboration Environment (ICE), cJoint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Management System (JIMS), and OpenSesame3 (OS3) for Allied exercises/exploitation.
🍁Must have a minimum of 60 months experience within the last 120 months participating in Multinational/Allied working groups. Specifically, demonstrated experience participating in all of the following: DSWG (Directory Services Working Group), BTWG (BICES Technical Working Group) and JISRWG (Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Working Group).
🍁Must have a valid university degree or college diploma in an information technology-related discipline from a recognized Canadian University or College, or an acceptable equivalent from a foreign institution, as determined by one of the agencies referred by the Canadian Information
Centre for International Credentials (CICIC).
🍁Must have both MCSE and MCITP certifications.
