Job Description
We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support / Help Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support to approximately 60 internal users. This role involves user support, basic troubleshooting, hardware setup, and ticket management, with exposure to a hybrid Active Directory environment.
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, well organized, and comfortable supporting both internal users and occasional external member inquiries.
This is a one‑month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance. The position is FULLY ONSITE at the Kingsway office in Burnaby, BC, with working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
