Lead QA / Agile Project Manager

We’re Hiring – Lead QA / Agile Project Manager 💼
📍 Location: Toronto, ON – 4 Days Onsite | 🗓 Full-Time

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in software QA, with 3+ years in a QA leadership role.
Proven experience in Agile PM / Scrum Master roles.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies & defect triage.
Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail or similar.
Integration, ETL validation, and report testing (SSRS, Power BI).
Testing experience with Charles River IMS & SimCorp.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications
Financial services / asset management experience.
Data migration & platform transition testing.
Scrum or Agile PM certification (CSM/PSM).
