We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the development of impactful digital products in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. If you have a passion for user experience, strategic vision, and strong leadership skills, we want you to lead our talented product team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Product Development: From concept to release, you’ll guide digital product development while ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, user experience, and technical teams to execute impactful product designs.
Drive Product Roadmap: Use expert research and data analysis to develop a product roadmap and deliver compelling visualizations that align with business objectives.
Risk Management: Manage project risks proactively, ensuring continuous progress with confidence.
User-Centered Focus: Prioritize and incorporate user feedback, guiding development through iterative cycles to enhance the product’s usability and value.
Mentorship & Leadership: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, fostering growth and collaboration among designers, developers, and QA experts.
What We’re Looking For:
Product Vision & Strategy: Proven experience in developing a clear product vision and strategy with strong decision-making abilities.
Digital Expertise: A deep understanding of digital platforms, market trends, and technology to spot new opportunities and inform product development.
Agile Mastery: Experience leading agile teams and managing complex product backlogs, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous iteration.
Leadership: Experience guiding and supporting team members to achieve shared goals and providing mentorship and training.
User Research: Expertise in conducting user research and validation, ensuring products are aligned with user needs and business goals.
Compliance Knowledge: Must have knowledge of industry standards like WCAG 2.0 AA, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and FIPPA.
