📍 Location: Markham, ON
🕒 Shift: Day Shift
💼 Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT support and systems management? We’re looking for a Junior IT Technician to join our team!
-Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Implement and manage workstation upgrades
🛠 Provide technical support for hardware and software
📦 Order and manage IT inventory
📡 Troubleshoot issues with barcode scanners, DSI, and EDI
🔐 Maintain system security, backups, and user access
💬 Onboard and test EDI suppliers
💻 Ensure systems stay current with Windows and antivirus updates
-What You Bring:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent)
💼 3+ years’ IT-related experience
🧠 Strong grasp of Windows OS, networks, and applications
📊 Advanced Excel & Access skills (PivotTables, relational databases, complex queries)
🗣 Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills
✨ Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne and EDI is a plus!
