Position Title: Junior IAM Analyst

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: October 30, 2026 (extension and conversion possible, based on performance and business needs)

Work Location: Remote (training onsite at 160 Front Street West, Toronto; team typically goes in once a month; subject to change)

Reason for Request: Backfill (BAU operational work)

Role Overview

This position is part of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) team and is focused on reviewing and approving privileged access requests across multiple systems. The role ensures compliance with IAM policies and standards, while supporting day-to-day operational activities rather than project development.

Key Responsibilities

Review and manage technology access request queues (Active Directory, Unix, ACF2, RACF, Windows, SQL, Oracle).
Ensure privileged ID requests comply with IAM policies and security standards.
Maintain and enhance control processes for privileged access.
Collaborate with team members to manage requests efficiently.
Provide reporting support using Excel.
Must Have

1–2 years’ experience in access management/ID creation
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and processes
Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts
Intermediate Excel skills (reporting)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have

SQL or Oracle experience
SailPoint exposure
Access management background in a large enterprise environment
Knowledge of Active Directory, ACF2, RACF, Unix/Linux, Windows databases
