IT Technical Business Analyst – Senior (365 Licencing)

Job Description

The BA will be responsible for the initial discovery of the current state of the types of users across the departments. The results will be utilized to evaluate the M365 licensing requirements initially and provide recommendations to optimize utilization and realize efficiencies. The discovery process for the User Personas project will initially review M365 licensing and grow into comprehensive user profiles which may include security groups, core applications, hardware resources, etc.

User Lifecycle:  The Sr. BA will lead initiatives in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, training program development, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to build strong relationships with stakeholders, gather insights through surveys and feedback analysis, and translate these findings into effective training and communication plans. This role also includes empowering “stakeholder champions” who will advocate for continuous improvement, ensuring our initiatives remain relevant, well-supported, and impactful.
