IT Service Transformation Consultant (Contract)
Remote (Canada-based only) | Occasional Onsite in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

We are supporting our public sector client in their search for a seasoned IT Service Transformation Consultant (STC). This is a Canada-only remote contract opportunity with occasional on-site meetings in Edmonton, Alberta. We’re seeking a strategic thinker and change leader who can guide and scale a complex service delivery transformation initiative.

About the Role
As a Service Transformation Consultant, you will:
Provide strategic advice and guidance on service transformation initiatives.
Lead a transformation project that is currently underway.
Enable and scale the delivery and support model once the service is live.
Facilitate strategic conversations with executives and leadership teams.
Provide input on organizational structure, governance models, and inter-departmental coordination.
Coach and mentor internal stakeholders on service innovation and digital transformation.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with a strong background in IT service delivery transformation and digital innovation, especially in public sector environments.

Outline your approach to design, development, risk mitigation, and delivery—including QA and team communications.
List the specific skills, tools, and/or technology used in the project.
