Are you fluent in both French and English with a passion for providing top-notch IT support? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team in Mississauga.
What You’ll Do:
💻 Deliver technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person
🌐 Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
📞 Provide excellent service in both French and English
🛠️ Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bilingual – Fluent in French & English (verbal and written)
✔️ Prior IT helpdesk or service desk experience
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Availability to work onsite in Mississauga
