You’ll be essential in managing Development & Pre-Production lab operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, and leading security and network management initiatives. 💼 Key Responsibilities:
🤝 Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate team alignment, provide updates, and be the central communication point.
🔧 Resource Management: Oversee hardware, software, and personnel access.
⚙️ Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
💻 Systems Management: Administer Microsoft Server environments (Active Directory, Exchange, DNS).
🔐 Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS): Manage secure data transfers and ensure compliance with security guidelines.

🎓 Qualifications:
🎓 Education & Experience:3-year IT-related diploma or equivalent experience.
10+ years in IT with a focus on security and network design.
Hands-on experience in managing cross-domain security solutions.

🔧 Technical Skills:
Expertise in Microsoft Server environments and network security.
Familiarity with CDS, security policies, and data diodes.

🔐 Security Clearance: Must hold valid Secret-level clearance.
📜 Certifications: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or similar (preferred).

📝 Additional Requirements:
🔒 Controlled Goods: Must have Controlled Goods completed at the time of submission. Candidates without Controlled Goods will not be considered.

**Remote work is available however, on-site presence is required 3 days per week for equipment handling and lab administration.
