Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT professional for a 6-month contract role with our large public sector client! This is a full-time onsite position that requires a valid secret security clearance.

Key Responsibilities: 💻 Reimage laptops with the departmental standard Windows OS compatible with biometric systems
🛠️ Perform tests to ensure functionality
🔧 Coordinate hardware/software installation and problem resolution
📊 Maintain accurate laptop inventory records
🌐 Resolve connectivity and technical issues
📦 Assist in the rollout of laptops across Canada and internationally
🤝 Interface with user sites for seamless installation

Required Skills: 🎓 Post-secondary education from a recognized institution
🔍 Minimum 2 years of technical integration and troubleshooting experience
💾 At least 5 years of laptop reimaging and deployment experience
🔧 5 years of configuration, installation, inventory management, and troubleshooting experience
