IT Field Support Technician

We have a 6-month contract opportunity (with an option to hire) for an IT Field Support Technician who will provide (both onsite and remote) IT support for end users across multiple locations within a 2-hour driving radius of Mississauga.

The resource will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth IT operations; Perform system installations, upgrades, and configurations; Support IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, and mobile devices; Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues; Maintain and document service requests, incidents, and resolutions.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT support or field service roles; Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, and troubleshooting hardware/software; Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment; Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (required for travel to client sites); Availability for on-site support (remote work is not an option); Experience in high-turnover environments is a plus.
