Exciting Opportunity: IT Business Analyst
Location: Scarborough, ON – Hybrid – 3 days on site

Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
1) 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in complex delivery environments.
2) Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and user stories.
3) Proven ability to create process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.
4) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, bridging business and technical teams.
5) Strong experience working with custom Java-based applications
6)Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations
7)Prior experience as a Java or Mainframe Developer or in any software development role
