🔍 About the Role:
This is not your average PM job. We’re looking for technical project managers who are just as comfortable facilitating Agile ceremonies as they are managing sprint backlogs and translating business goals into scalable delivery plans. You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-impact projects while helping evolve our processes during rapid growth.
🛠 What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end Agile project delivery across dev, product, and DevOps teams
Be a servant-leader, removing blockers and enabling high-performance teams
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Drive scalability in project management processes and tools
✅ What You Bring:
5+ years of Agile Project Management or Delivery Lead experience
Experience in startup or scale-up environments (bonus if you’ve seen an exit!)
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.) are a strong asset
Experience in SaaS or workforce management is a huge plus
Bilingual: Must be fluent in Spanish
