Role : Integration Tech Lead

Description ::

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing development team (frontend & backend).
Oversee end-to-end project delivery for new business capabilities.
Set clear objectives, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to align with business objectives.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
Provide technical guidance and sound design solutions.
Maintain accurate technical and operational documentation.
Manage monthly development releases for critical digital applications.
Maintain runbooks for support resources.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Preferred technologies: Java (Spring Boot), Angular, Oracle, MongoDB.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proven leadership and project management experience.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
