Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure SME with strong Project Management expertise to lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives supporting business-critical and Markets-driven programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical infrastructure background combined with exceptional project leadership skills, enabling seamless collaboration between business stakeholders, engineering teams, infrastructure operations, and external vendors.

This role requires someone who can translate business objectives into executable infrastructure plans while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure-enabled business initiatives supporting Markets-related programs.
Partner with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Development Teams, and Infrastructure teams to define priorities, dependencies, and delivery objectives.
Translate business requirements into infrastructure and technology execution plans.
Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and detailed execution plans.
Coordinate multiple concurrent infrastructure projects within fast-paced enterprise environments.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Vendors, and Global delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
Ensure infrastructure implementations comply with regulatory, security, operational, and governance standards.
Provide executive-level project status reporting, highlighting risks, dependencies, milestones, and key decision points.
Support infrastructure activities during migrations, disaster recovery (DR) exercises, failback activities, production incidents, and regulatory initiatives.
Drive project governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (Mandatory).
Proven experience leading enterprise Infrastructure or Technology projects with direct business impact.
Strong background in Infrastructure Engineering and IT Operations.
Hands-on understanding of:

Database (DB) Migrations
IBM MQ Connectivity
Infrastructure Monitoring
Operational Stability
Solid technical foundation in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, or IT Operations.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
Strong project governance, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent risk management capabilities with proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.
Experience working within ITIL environments, including:
