Position title: 24-58357 – Information Technology Security Research & Development Specialist – Level 2
Working Status: Remote
Location: Remote
Security: Reliability Clearance – need to be in Canada for 5 years to apply for Reliability Clearance
Hours: 7.5 hours a day

RATED CRITERIA
·       Demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience in conducting feasibility studies for data privacy solutions in alignment with the scope defined
·       Demonstrate the proposed resource has at least five (5) years of experience in data security and privacy including data management and lifecycle management, within the past fifteen (15) years.
·       Demonstrate the proposed resource has at least five (5) years of experience in agile development principles and project management within the past fifteen (15) years.
·       Demonstrate the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years’ experience with cryptographic algorithms, privacy enhancing technologies and data privacy.

MANDATORY CRITERIA
·       Must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the last seven (7) years in data communication and storage solutions and project experience must include the following five (5) areas of expertise:
