🔹 Job Title: Identity & Cloud Migration Specialist (Hybrid – Toronto, ON)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Rate: 64-73/hr (INC)
Employment Type: Contract (ASAP – Oct 31, potential extension)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (shift/OT as needed)
About the Role
We’re seeking a bilingual Identity & Cloud Migration Specialist to support an enterprise-wide Cloud IDP migration project. You’ll work hands-on with Microsoft technologies, migrating users from VPN to Entra, resolving MFA, Passwordless, WHfB, and FIDO2 issues, and ensuring compliance for employees, contractors, and vendors.
You’ll be a problem solver, a client-focused advocate, and a technical expert helping accelerate secure, seamless migration projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve identity & access issues during migration.
Support CloudIDP migration and conditional access policies.
Assist with decommissioning legacy VPN systems.
Maintain compliance with MFA and identity security standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive users as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bilingual: Spanish & English.
5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Enterprise ID / Azure AD / Entra.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of conditional access policies and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice-to-Have
Cybersecurity certification (Security+ or CC).
Experience in large-scale identity modernization programs or migrations.
Supporting executive users.
