🚨Looking for a (IBM TRIRIGA/Pega) Business Analyst for a Banking client🚨

📍 Hybrid (4 days/week) – Toronto, ON
⏰ 3 months (high possibility to extend)
💰 $49/hr (INC) – MAX

In this role, you will support and evolve the enterprise real estate technology platform by acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate complex business needs into well-defined functional requirements and standardized workflows. Your ultimate goal is to support platform modernization by leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities to simplify process flows and align system design.

Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered

Required Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a large, matrixed enterprise environment.
-Proven hands-on experience working with workflow-driven enterprise platforms, such as IBM TRIRIGA, Pega, or similar case management systems.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience working within Agile delivery models, including active use of Jira and Confluence.
-At least 3 years of experience leading requirements elicitation, mapping current/future state processes, and translating business needs into detailed functional documentation.
-Demonstrated ability to work directly within applications to analyze end-to-end process flows, system behavior, and out-of-the-box configuration capabilities.
