🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Manager | Scarborough, ON 🚨

I’m excited to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization that’s looking to add a hands-on HR Manager to their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of Human Resources. You’ll operate as the standalone HR leader, supporting approximately 200 employees across two nearby locations and partnering closely with senior leadership.

Some of the key areas of responsibility include:
✅ Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations
✅ Health & Safety & WSIB
✅ Full-cycle Recruitment
✅ Performance Management
✅ Benefits & Pension Administration
✅ HR Policies & Process Improvement
📍 Location: Scarborough, ON (100% On-site)
💰 Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + excellent benefits & pension

We’re looking for someone with 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or plant environment, who enjoys being hands-on, working independently, and making a real impact.
