🚨 HR Business Partners – I have a fantastic opportunity that I think will appeal to someone who enjoys building, influencing, and partnering with leaders.
My colleague Keenan D’Abreo and I are currently recruiting for a 12-month HR Business Partner contract with a growing organization in the veterinary and animal healthcare sector, based on-site in King City, ON.
This isn’t a role where you’ll only focus on employee relations or HR administration – you’ll have the opportunity to truly partner with leaders while helping shape the future of the HR function.
You’ll be involved in:
✅ Employee relations, coaching & workplace investigations
✅ Performance management and leadership support
✅ WSIB, disability management & accommodations
✅ HR policies, onboarding & training
✅ Compensation, engagement & HR projects
✅ Building scalable HR programs alongside a collaborative leadership team
What We Are looking for:
🔹 7+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role
🔹 Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience
🔹 Experience supporting WSIB, return-to-work, and workplace accommodations
🔹 Someone who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR support in a growing organization
💰 Salary: $90,000–$105,000
📍 King City, ON (5 days/week on-site)
📅 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
