Position: HR Coordinator / Office Admin
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – approx. 4 days onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible hours)
Contract: 3-month contract with potential extension up to March 2027
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an HR Coordinator/ Office Admin to support a busy and evolving HR team during a high-volume recruitment and onboarding period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of recruitment coordination, HR administration, and hands-on support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate job postings and support full-cycle recruitment activities
– Screen resumes and manage candidate communication
– Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth and timely integration
– Assist with HR compliance and maintain accurate employee files
– Support digitization of legacy paper HR records
– Provide general HR administrative support as needed
– Assist with recruitment of healthcare professionals across multiple community sites
