Millenilink is a forward-thinking technology human capital organization passionate about creating content that connects, informs, and inspires both hiring decision-makers and top technical talent. We offer services in technology recruitment as well as tech talent advisory. We’re growing our content team and are looking for a junior to intermediate freelance videographer who’s excited to bring storytelling to life in a business-to-business context.
The Role:
As our in-house Video Content Creator, you can expect roughly 3 to 5 hours per week on average with more time for special events. You’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for platforms like LinkedIn, video blogs and potentially YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams to create educational and engaging video content that helps us grow our brand with prospective customers and employees for our organization. This will be everything from “to-camera” insights to candidate/employer interviews and content series. The ability to contribute a video strategy to our larger marketing effort and calendar is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
Film and edit primarily short-form video content for social media and our website
Experience or ability to direct subject(s) of the video for optimal video output
Direct and produce individual-to-camera videos, podcast-style interviews, and b-roll
Contribute creative concepts and formats for video content that inform and entertain our core audiences (employers & technical professionals)
Optimize video output for LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring strong hooks and fast engagement
Maintain video brand guidelines and storytelling tone aligned with our company’s voice
Stay current with video and social trends; especially what’s working on LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok for potential adaptation
Understanding or curiosity of AI tools for video
Organize and archive footage, project files, and re-purposable clips for future content use
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
1–3 years of experience filming and editing content for business (portfolio required)
Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Ability to light and mic interviews and solo shoots (in-office or on-location)
Familiarity with social media video formats, trends, and storytelling hooks
Creative instincts paired with a professional, business-to-business mindset
An understanding (or curiosity) about technology, recruiting, or career content
Bonus: Experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, or managing social channels
Nice-to-Have:
Motion graphics or light animation skills
Long form video content experience
Experience interviewing people on camera or coaching others during shoots
Photography skills for headshots, events, or social posts
