FinOps Data Analyst – 12-Month Contract + Renewal
Toronto | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite
$70/hour + HST
12-Month Contract + Potential Renewal
We are looking for a strong FinOps Data Analyst who enjoys digging into data, understanding where technology dollars are being spent, what is driving costs, and where savings can be found.

What You’ll Be Doing
Analyze cloud and technology spend, billing, usage and consumption
Reconcile vendor billing against financial and operational data
Identify cost drivers, anomalies, trends and savings opportunities
Support cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Analyze cloud spend and identify opportunities for cost optimization
Work with large datasets from multiple vendors and systems
Build dashboards and reporting around spend, consumption and forecasts
Partner with Finance, Technology, Procurement and Vendor Management

What We’re Looking For
Experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Management, Technology Financial Management or Data/Cost Analytics
Strong SQL + Advanced Excel
Experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP billing and consumption data
Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake or similar tools
Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Ability to identify trends, anomalies and underlying cost drivers
