Data & Analytics Consultant

We’re Hiring – Data & Analytics Consultant | Toronto

I’m looking to connect with experienced Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence professionals interested in joining our Infrastructure & Capital Projects team in Toronto.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and business—partnering with stakeholders to understand complex reporting needs and turning data into clear, actionable insights.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

🔹 Power BI – developing high-impact dashboards and executive reporting
🔹 SQL & Snowflake – querying, transforming, validating, and modelling complex datasets
🔹 Data modelling – dimensional models, star schemas, and reporting-ready datasets
🔹 Data integration & ETL/ELT – working with multiple and disparate data sources
🔹 Stakeholder engagement – gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
🔹 Data quality & validation – ensuring reporting can be traced back to trusted source data
🔹 Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Python, Git or CI/CD is an asset

We’re looking for someone who brings more than technical capability. Strong communication, consulting, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills are important—you should be comfortable working directly with business and technical stakeholders and presenting insights to leadership.

Experience within infrastructure, transportation, construction, engineering, utilities, mining, or other capital-intensive industries would be a strong asset.
