Job Description:
Seeking a senior Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect with strong technical expertise and client-facing skills to lead solution design, integration, and delivery in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service) solutions.
Lead technical workshops and collaborate with business and technology partners.
Facilitate detailed design, system construction, integration, and deployment.
Architect solutions in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments.
Manage integrations using Middleware (preferably MuleSoft), APIs, and Azure services.
Oversee data migration, analysis, and harmonization (preferably using Azure Data Factory).
Guide DevOps pipeline setup and cloud platform resource management.
Support pre-sales technical efforts and solution proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Advocate best practices for scalable and upgradeable solutions.

Qualifications:
Experience:
12–14 years in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementations and architecture.
Strong hands-on skills with C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, SSRS.
Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Knowledge of CRM security models, reporting (SSRS, Power BI), and DevOps.
Exposure to financial services/banking domain (preferred).
Skills:
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.
Expertise in Agile methodologies.
Certifications: (Good to have)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service, and Customizations.
