About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive cloud-based enterprise management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the technical team, ensuring project delivery aligns with strategic objectives, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure system architecture aligns with industry best practices for security, performance, and reliability.
Oversee code quality, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and incorporate innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading cloud-based application development.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to cloud solutions (e.g., C#, Java, Python).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of database management and integration.
