Scope of the role:

Product Management owns the transition from: Roadmap Item to Engineering-Ready and triaging issues that come up in the normal course of business

Product Ownership

Product Management is accountable for:

Interpreting roadmap initiatives

Translating roadmap intent into clear user value and workflows

Ensuring story quality and completeness

Owning UX (visual and interaction design)

Managing backlog readiness and sequencing

Roadmap Reality

This roadmap includes initiatives that are:

In discovery

Partially defined

Multi-phase

Dependent on UX unification or AI evolution

Given the state of the roadmap, Product owns resolving ambiguity before Engineering

commits. Ambiguity is a Product problem to solve, not something deferred to development.

The role is not just one of personal contribution, it is ownership of overall PM and UX output quality.
