Director of PMO

We are looking for a Director of PMO to lead and elevate our project management function. This role requires someone with strong presence, strategic vision, and the ability to take charge in high-pressure situations. Our ideal candidate has:
✅ A clear career progression: Project Coordinator → Project Manager → Leadership roles (Director of PMO, Program Manager, PM Team Lead, etc.)
✅ Experience leading and mentoring teams (PMs & Project Coordinators)
✅ The ability to influence stakeholders, drive results, and handle complex projects with confidence
✅ A bold communication style, ready to take on challenges and make an impact
✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields, with PMI certifications (or willingness to pursue them)

📍 Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid) – Open to candidates willing to relocate
💰 Salary: $125K – $170K + Bonus
