Must Have
10+ years of experience in integration, software engineering, or platform engineering roles.
At least 4 years of demonstrated leadership experience, including managing team performance and fostering professional growth.
Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and oversee delivery milestones.
Strong hands-on expertise in modern integration approaches and platforms, such as APIs, Kafka, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
Solid track record in release management and leading technical delivery teams.
Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and tracking within technical organizations or platform teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Proficiency with cloud platforms, including GCP, Anthos, or AWS EKS.
