Client: Enterprise Banking – Tier 1 banking client
Type: 12 month contract + extension up to 2 years
Position: DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGERS (traditional Product Owners – roadmap execution focused).
Openings: 7-10 openings
Location: 3-4 days a week on site – downtown Toronto
Rates: 70-80/hr incorporated max rates
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital product management
• Experience in agile methodologies and leading an agile team
• Proven track record of delivering value with small teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of product
• Stakeholder management experience
• Understanding of technical requirements for a digital product (hands-on technical experience not required)
• Understanding technical requirement and systems architecture Able to translate technical language into common business language

• Experience within financial institutions/banks • Business banking experience Experience leading product journeys from end to end
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Product Manager for a Big 5 banking client. Overseeing a digital business banking product, you will operate as a traditional Product Owner in delivering on roadmaps for a partner and technology integration with a platform.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Product Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring the team focuses on the highest value features.
• User Story Development: Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clearly understood by the development team.
• Sprint Planning and Review: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to provide direction and feedback.
• Quality Assurance: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the defined acceptance criteria and overall quality standards.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on product performance and progress towards strategic goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product decisions and improvements.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the product development process. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and support to the development team, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles.
