About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual (French & English) Deskside Analyst to provide onsite IT support for a leading organization in Kanata. This role follows a “Hub and Spoke” model, requiring onsite presence with occasional travel to nearby locations.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide desktop hardware and software support to end users.
✅ Support desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and peripherals.
✅ Troubleshoot and manage file and print services.
✅ Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac OS devices in a large, complex environment.
✅ Assist in Teams and Teams Telephony support (a strong asset).
✅ Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
✅ Travel as needed to provide onsite support to nearby offices (own transportation required).

Must-Have Qualifications ✅
✔ Fluent in both French & English (spoken and written).
✔ 1-2 years of deskside support experience.
✔ Diploma or Certificate in IT (or equivalent experience).
✔ CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
✔ Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills.
✔ Clean criminal record and driving abstract.

Nice-to-Have Skills
☑️ Experience supporting meeting rooms and AV setups.
☑️ Microsoft Teams & Teams Telephony expertise.
