Delphi Technical Consultant

We are hiring a Winnipeg-based government client for the Delphi Technical Consultant position.

Note: Winnipeg, MB – Hybrid (Onsite up to 50% of the time).

Contract Term: 12 months (with up to 3-3month extensions).

Experience required:

-> Must have at least four (4) years of experience developing or maintaining client/server applications using Delphi (Embarcadero) and experience and knowledge of existing WCB Delphi applications.
-> Expertise in supporting and upgrading Delphi applications at the technical and business level.
-> Experience engaging with business and technical staff to determine functional requirements and creating documentation for effective decision making at the leadership level.
-> Experience migrating applications to Microsoft SQL Server (Database conversion).
-> Experience with requirements management tools (i.e. Confluence, Jira, BitBucket etc.).
-> Experience with team collaboration tools (i.e. Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Cisco Jabber, Slack etc.).
-> Experience with wire framing/sketching tools (i.e. Miro, MS Visio, InVision, etc.).
