Position Overview:
We’re looking for two highly skilled DAX Report Developers to join our team and help deliver impactful business intelligence solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, leveraging your expertise to develop and improve Power BI reports and dashboards while ensuring accuracy and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver business intelligence and analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder.
Collaborate with team members to redesign and enhance outdated reports to better meet business needs.
Write and optimize complex DAX code to implement business logic within Power BI reports.
Troubleshoot and debug SQL queries, and BI reports, and perform data analysis to ensure data accuracy.
Work with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, ensuring seamless integration.
Utilize ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory and Microsoft SSDT for data processing and transformation.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proven experience working in a business intelligence team or environment, developing and delivering BI and analytical reports.
Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, and DAX programming.
Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle databases, and query languages (T-SQL, PL-SQL).
Experience troubleshooting and performing data validation for SQL queries and business intelligence reports.
Familiarity with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory and Microsoft SSDT.
Mandatory Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience with Power BI Desktop.
At least 4 years of experience with SQL query languages (T-SQL, PL-SQL).
At least 2 years of experience working with DAX programming.

Additional Requirements:
Security clearance is mandatory (10 years PR in Canada or Canadian Citizen).
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote & on-site).
