Must-Have Skills
4–6 years of experience in data migration, implementation, ETL, or data operations.
Strong analytical mindset; skilled in data mapping, validation, and transformation.
Proficient communicator who can work directly with clients and engineers to solve problems.
Organized and detail-oriented; experienced managing cutover plans, risks, and UAT cycles.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous startup environments.
Ideal Skills Required
Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, debugging, validating datasets).
Experience with data quality, integrity, and reconciliation testing.
Background in SaaS, or system implementation projects.
Experience in process improvement or light release management.
