Overview:
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst Specialist to lead the design and implementation of information management and technology solutions for their enterprise data platform. As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for analyzing information requirements, recommending business and technology solutions, and delivering comprehensive blueprints for design, build, and integration phases aligned with data governance standards and the client’s information strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the current and future state of the organization’s data architecture.

Responsibilities:
Analyze business and technology information requirements to propose and deliver data management solutions.
Lead the creation of conceptual, logical, and physical blueprints for design, build, and integration phases, ensuring alignment with data governance standards.
Analyze and collect information for data modeling, metadata management, master data management, and data integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly understand the current state of information architecture.
Implement solutions to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders across the organization.

Top Skills Required:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Hands-on experience in full data lifecycle management, including dimensional and relational data modeling, SQL programming, ETL development, data quality, business intelligence, and database administration.
Experience with reverse engineering source-to-target mappings to derive insights.
Ability to translate complex technical data concepts into understandable language for stakeholders.
Other Skills Required:
Experience with Azure Data Platform technologies or other public cloud offerings.
Experience with IBM Data Manager, InfoSphere DataStage.
Proficiency with Spark SQL.
Strong programming skills in SQL, R, and Python.
Experience developing reports with Power BI.
Understanding of the Denodo platform.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, and time management.
Ability to understand and interpret design documents and create and maintain documentation.
