Customer Service Representative | Mississauga, ON

We’re partnering with a leading organization in the chemicals manufacturing industry that’s looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a long-term contract opportunity based on-site in Mississauga.

📍 Location: Mississauga, ON (hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Verifying all shipping, billing, pricing, and PO details for accuracy
✔ Maintaining updated customer records (pricing, products, delivery notes)
✔ Supporting sales reps with timely communication and updates
✔ Inputting customer orders, notes, and special requests into SAP
✔ Handling customer inquiries and complaint resolution professionally
✔ Conducting order audits and processing returns in line with policy
✔ Ensuring all service activities comply with internal and regulatory standards

Requirements:
✅ 1+ years of customer service or related experience
✅ Order entry/management experience is required
✅ Strong decision-making, problem-solving abilities
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable managing high-volume tasks independently
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and familiar with SAP
