🚨 Now Hiring: Contract Administrator (Loans) | Markham, ON 🚨
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator (Loans) to join our client in the automotive industry for a 1-year contract in Markham, Ontario! This 100% onsite role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate processing and administration of lease and loan contracts.
📍 Location: On-site in Markham, ON
📅 Contract Length: 1 Year
💳 Note: A credit check is required
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Processing lease and loan contracts with accuracy
✔ Reviewing and verifying documents for completeness
✔ Liaising with dealers to resolve contract discrepancies
✔ Using tools like ADP, Bluebeam Revu, and About Time for contract administration
✔ Supporting audits, budgets, AP, and compliance
✔ Maintaining detailed records and identifying process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience with loan administration and financial document review
🔹 Strong proficiency in accounting software and document management tools
🔹 Effective communication and organizational skills
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
