Consultant, Promotional Programs
Position Overview
The Promotional Programs team plays a key role in shaping how the company shows up for customers every week. As a Consultant, Promotional Programs, you will help bring our national promotions to life by developing customer focused strategies and guiding the creative execution of our weekly flyer and seasonal promotional guides.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross functional partners to translate business priorities and customer insights into compelling, high quality print and digital experiences. You’ll balance strategy, creativity, and execution — ensuring our promotional content is clear, engaging, and aligned to both customer needs and business goals.
What You’ll Do
Develop customer centric promotional strategies for the national weekly flyer and seasonal promotional guides.
Lead creative planning, including themes, layouts, and storytelling that reflect category and seasonal priorities.
Translate promotional calendars and business objectives into clear, customer facing creative direction.
Partner with planning, production, and creative teams to manage page flow and deliver polished print and digital content.
Manage in season updates and resolve issues while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
Use customer insights, performance data, and competitive trends to inform promotional decisions.
Build strong working relationships with merchandising, marketing, creative, and production partners.
Contribute to continuous improvement of promotional planning and execution processes.
What You Bring
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, advertising, or a related role.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
Excellent organization skills and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
High attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
Experience in retail or familiarity with large, consumer facing brands is an asset.
