We’re Hiring: CNC Machine Setup Operator – VMC (Fanuc Controls)
📍 Location: North York
💵 Pay: $28/hour
📅 Full-Time | Permanent Position

Are you a skilled CNC machinist who knows Fanuc-controlled VMC machines inside and out? Are you confident in setting up, operating, and producing precision components with tight tolerances on CNC mills and lathes?

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just run machines — but understands them. Someone sharp, detail-driven, and ready to grow with a company that values experience and initiative.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
Set up and operate VMC machines with Fanuc controls
Perform tool changes, fixture setups, and in-process inspections
Read blueprints, ensure dimensional accuracy, and uphold production quality
Work hands-on with CNC milling machines and lathes
Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

🎯 What we’re looking for:
3+ years of CNC setup & operation experience
Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, milling, and turning
Confidence with first-off inspections and tight-tolerance work
A keen learner who wants to grow with the company
