Client Technology Engineer (MECM/SCCM, Intune, Modern Desktops)

Location: Toronto (East side GTA) – onsite
Rate: TBD – depends on expertise level (suggested range 100-115K base)

Main role’s focus: Software packages for automated delivery using deployment tools such as Admin Studio, SCCM, Software Centre, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune and Config Manager

Must Haves:
– Canadian University Degree (or evaluated by any certified Canadian education evaluation services!) in a computer related discipline or equivalent;
– At least two of the following Certifications – Microsoft Managing Modern Desktops (MMD) Certification, M365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft SCCM Certification, Microsoft Certification (MCSE), ITIL Foundation Certification, Microsoft Specialist in Windows 10, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
– 6-7 years of related experience required in a senior end user computing support role / supporting and configuring SCCM or Microsoft Endpoint Manager
– Valid Ontario Driver`s License (Class G)

Tech Stack:
Windows 10, MAC OS and iOS, Windows performance analyzer, application whitelisting, virtualization technologies (VMware Horizon 8, ThinApps, App Volumes, DEM, ESLogix), mobile device management (Workspace One), MECM/SCCM, Admin Studio and PowerShell, M365 / O365 products, tools and physical end virtual endpoints (VDI), ITIL Configuration Management principles and practices
