Change Manager

Duration: 24 Months Contract + Possible Extension

Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a senior-level change management role (e.g., Change Lead or Sr. Specialist)
Must demonstrate experience managing change related to healthcare technology (e.g., Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital transformation projects) with clinical user groups.
Must be professionally bilingual in French and English.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of using Atlassian’s JIRA software in a Project/work environment.
Candidate has formal training in change management methodologies, such as Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent.
