Change Management Specialist

Procom is currently looking for a Change Management Specialist for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES TILL END OF MARCH 2026
OPTION TO EXTEND TILL END OF JUNE 2026
LOCATION: REMOTE (CLIENT LOCATED IN THE WINNIPEG AREA)

Experience:

🛑 Must hold a valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification, valid PRINCE2 Foundation and valid Six Sigma certification
🛑Must have 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects in a healthcare environment implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications.
🛑Must have 7 years’ experience in a project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources.
🛑Must have 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in healthcare. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include preparing training materials for a large, diverse organization with 1000+ employees.
🛑Must have 3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing standardized staff scheduling business processes across multiple healthcare organizations. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
🛑Must have 3 years’ experience providing direct patient care in a healthcare facility. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
🛑Must have 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
