What You’ll Do:
Drive change management strategies for large-scale digital transformation programs
Assess the impact of digital technologies on business operations and culture
Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth adoption

Must-Have Skills:
✔️ 8+ years of experience in change management
✔️ Strong expertise in digital transformation initiatives
✔️ Deep understanding of how technology impacts business
✔️ Experience working on large-scale enterprise change programs
