Job Description
We (BQ International) are hiring a Regina-based Government/Financial services client for the position of Change Management Advisor (100% remote).
Submission deadline: Thursday, November 14, 2024 9:00 AM.
Note: The role is remote.
Contract Term: 12 months with the possibility of extension.
Experience required:
-> At least 5 years of experience in the field of organizational change management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-> Experience implementing large-scale projects with significant change, including transformational change projects.
-> Must be fully English/French bilingual.
-> The position requires in-depth, practical knowledge of ADKAR and other change management principles, standards and processes, project management methodologies, the agile methodology.
-> Proficiency with corporate-standard software applications, Office 365 and a personal computer is essential.
-> Prosci Change Management Certification.
