Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT Strategy team members to understand project objectives, key messages, and outcomes.
Develop, design, and refine high-impact PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and visuals for executive and stakeholder meetings.
Draft, review, and edit technical and business content for reports, strategy documents, and executive summaries.
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging materials for non-technical audiences.
Support internal communications initiatives, including newsletters and intranet updates.
Develop and deliver multimedia materials and team announcements.
Support change management initiatives by developing targeted communications for impacted audiences.
Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional, polished appearance.
Gather and analyze feedback or engagement data to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of communications.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously seek feedback and iterate on deliverables for maximum impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing, Business, Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in business communications, technical writing, or presentation development (preferably in a technology or consulting environment).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio of visually compelling presentations.
Strong graphical design skills and familiarity with visual storytelling techniques.
Experience with consensus building and executive level communications is an asset.
Experience managing content in Content Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, WordPress) is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly, with a growth mindset and curiosity about technology and strategy.
Experience supporting organizational change or transformation initiatives is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to measure and improve communication effectiveness using feedback, analytics, or engagement metrics.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and standards for digital communications and materials.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
