We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Developer with strong Selenium Automation + #Contact_Centre tools expertise for a dynamic team in Toronto.
🔧 Required Skills:
✅ Strong hands-on experience in Selenium automation framework development using Java (Mandatory)
✅ Design, develop & maintain automation frameworks
✅ Create & execute automated test scripts (UI, Functional, Regression)
✅ API testing experience using Postman (REST API validation)
✅ Experience with Contact Centre tools & technologies, including:
Agent Desktop
#IVR_systems
#Routing_platforms
#Cisco_Jabber
#Chatbots
#Cyara
(Training/grooming on Contact Centre tools can be provided if needed)
