Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver
Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using XPath and other locators
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure quality
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications
Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Mentor junior QA engineers and drive best practices in automation testing
Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data security practices (HIPAA awareness preferred)
Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Java programming
Expertise in Selenium WebDriver
Proficiency in XPath and element identification strategies
Experience in test framework design (POM, TestNG, JUnit, etc.)
Strong understanding of automation testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of API testing (RestAssured / Postman)
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter)
Experience with BDD tools (Cucumber)
