Are you a seasoned Business Analyst looking for a new challenge in a support-focused role? We have an exciting opportunity in Toronto, ON, Canada, offering a hybrid work setup.

Key Requirements:

– 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
– Proficient in SQL, including queries, joins, aggregations, and troubleshooting.
– Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
– Knowledge of application support processes, including root cause analysis and incident resolution.
– Strong problem-solving abilities to thrive under pressure.
– Effective communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Willingness to provide after-hours pager support on a rotational basis
