Business Support Analyst

Hiring “Business Support Analyst” in Toronto, ON (hashtag#Hybrid) for one of our direct Public Sector clients

Duration: 12 Months + possible extension*

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in the backend tools and management of Microsoft M365 cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Exchange Online, Entra, license management, as well as governance and audit tools within the M365 environment.
Demonstrated experience and excellent understanding of Microsoft M365 and related workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Demonstrated experience facilitating change management within an organization.
Business Analyst Management Certifications such as IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PBA, IQBBA. Provide details of certification.
Lean Six Sigma certification (waste walk, yellow belt, green belt, black belt, or master black belt).
